Everything here is free and needs no account. We built each one because a job needed it and nothing good enough existed.

Find out what is actually slowing you down.

Before anybody builds anything. We spend two weeks inside how your business runs, then tell you where it is losing work, time or money, and what to do about it in what order.

We look at how the business runs.
Not at how it looks.

Most people who come to us think they need a website. Some do. More often the site is fine and the problem sits behind it: enquiries nobody chases, quotes rebuilt from scratch every time, three people keeping the same list in three places.

We start with the whole picture.

What the business does, who actually buys, how work arrives and what happens to it after. An hour of this usually turns up something nobody had said out loud.

Then we find where it stalls.

The step where things wait, get retyped, or get dropped. It is rarely where you think it is, and it is almost never the thing you were about to spend money on.

Then we cost the fix.

What it would take to remove it, what removing it is worth, and whether it is worth doing at all. Sometimes the honest answer is to leave it alone.

What we look at.

The same list every time, so nothing gets skipped because it was inconvenient.

  • How work arrives

Enquiries, referrals, tenders, repeat clients. Where they come from and what happens in the first hour.

  • The path to a decision

What a buyer has to read, ask and wait for before they can say yes.

  • The manual middle

Every step where someone retypes something a system already knows.

  • Handoffs

Where work changes hands, and what falls through when it does.

  • Tools you already pay for

What you have, what you actually use, and what overlaps.

  • The site, and whether it works

Whether it answers what buyers arrive asking, and whether it is found at all.

  • Where the time goes

The jobs that quietly eat a day a week and have never been costed.

  • What happens if you do nothing

The honest baseline. Sometimes that is the right answer.

You get a document, not a pitch.

It is yours on payment.

Act on it internally, hand it to another supplier, or do nothing at all. There is no obligation to engage us, and the report is written to be worth the money to someone who never does.

That is the point of charging for it. A free audit is a sales document wearing a different hat, and everybody reading one knows it.

  • A written report

Every finding says what we saw, what it is costing you, and what to do about it. No finding without evidence.

  • A roadmap, in order

Ranked by what returns most for the least effort. Not by what we would enjoy building.

  • A walkthrough call

Forty-five minutes going through the findings and the order, so the document is not the only thing you get.

  • One round of follow-up

Written questions within thirty days, answered properly.

The problem is not rare.
It is just rarely the one being paid to fix.

  • 2.3 of 6

Nearly every business here has bought something. Almost none have joined it up.

95.1 per cent of Singapore SMEs had adopted at least one digital area by 2024. The average across all of them was 2.3 areas out of six. Buying tools is not the hard part and has not been for years.

  • 44%

The expensive outcome is not failure. It is the one that half worked.

Of transformations that get funded, 30 per cent meet their targets. Another 44 per cent create some value and miss. That middle group is the costly one, because it looks enough like success that nobody goes back and asks what happened.

  • +32pts

The gap between deciding well and deciding by instinct compounds.

Tracking 300 listed companies over five years, the firms in the top quarter for design practice grew revenue 32 percentage points faster than their industry peers. The practices measured were about how decisions get made, not how things look.

What it costs.

Which one you need depends on whether the problem sits in front of your customer or behind them. If you are not sure, say so and we will tell you.

What sets the fee is the size of the business and how many people and systems the work passes through. Tell us roughly where you are and we will give you a figure. It is credited, not discounted, so the price of the build never moves.

Common questions.

Then that is the finding, and you have paid for a straight answer instead of a build you did not need. It happens. We would rather say it than sell around it.

Tell us what is not working.

Three sentences will do. We will come back and tell you which one fits, or that you do not need one at all.
