Construction website design that converts.

We design and build websites for construction and civil firms in Singapore. Sites that get you shortlisted, help you hire, and keep you visible now that search gives answers instead of links.

Start with a diagnostic100+ projects since 2023

Your website has four jobs to do.

It is not one page for one reader. It has to get you on the tender list, help you hire, show up in search, and make the company look like it is worth dealing with.

Main contractors check your grade before they call.

A QS or main contractor shortlisting subcontractors checks whether you hold the grade the job needs. Most construction sites in Singapore do not publish it anywhere a buyer can find in thirty seconds, so the check fails and they move on.

Half of these sites cannot even be reached.

Of nineteen construction sites we reviewed, six had a fault at the domain level. Two did not resolve at all, one served a maintenance page, one failed its certificate, one timed out without the www. You cannot win work from a site that does not load.

Search now answers the question for you.

Two thirds of Google searches now end without anyone clicking a link, and AI summaries show up on more than one search in five. Those answers quote websites that say something specific. A site full of general claims gives them nothing to quote.

People judge the business by the website.

Clients, partners, banks, insurers, overseas principals. Most of them will never visit your yard or workshop, so the website is the only thing they see. Six in ten people say a dated website makes them think less of the company behind it.

What we put on a construction website.

Six things that do the four jobs above. Most construction sites we see have two or three of them. When we reviewed 54 Singapore business websites in August 2026, 19 showed no completed projects anywhere at all.

BCA grades and licences, published properly

CW02, CR08, general building, Licensed Builder class and tender limits, stated plainly where a QS will look for them.

Completed projects with scope and value

What was built, for which main contractor, over what period. The thing a buyer compares against their own job.

Safety and quality records

BizSafe level, ISO certifications and incident record, next to the work each one covers.

A capability statement to download

One PDF a QS can forward to a colleague without emailing you first. Most construction sites have nothing to send.

A careers page for site staff and engineers

Not a jobs board. What they would build, who with, and why the company is worth joining.

Content search engines and AI can quote

Specific enough to be pulled into an answer. General claims about quality and safety give them nothing to use.

Your BCA grade only helps if a QS can find it.

CW02 A1, CR08 piling, A1 general building with unlimited tender value, Licensed Builder Class 1. These take years to hold and they are the reason you are allowed to bid at all. On most construction sites they are either missing entirely or buried on an About page nobody opens.

We put the grade, the tender limit and the licence class where a quantity surveyor is already looking, in plain text a search engine can read. Not a scanned certificate image, which nothing can index and nobody can skim.

Our process.

  1. 01

    Write down what you do

Certificates, capabilities, materials, equipment. One list, agreed once, that the whole site is built from.

  2. 02

    Design and build it

Structure agreed before design starts. Fast on a phone. Written so search engines and AI can read it.

  3. 03

    Hand it over

Every file and login is yours. We show your team how to update it, and support it for 30 days after launch.

  4. 04

    Keep it running

Updates, backups and monitoring, so it does not quietly go out of date again.

Common questions.

On the page about the work each grade covers, in plain text rather than a scanned certificate. A scan cannot be indexed by search, and a QS will not zoom into an image to check a tender limit.

Already have a website?

Not every firm needs a new one. Sometimes the structure is sound and it just needs better content, a proper update and a tidy-up. We will tell you which one you are, and we will say so if a refresh is the honest answer.
